Rank Structure
The ranks are kind of set up like the army ranks, minus a few for simplicities sake.
The Officer
Officer ranks are Lieutenant, Captain, Colonel, Lt.General, and General. Officers make the final decisions on major guild changes, promotions, and other big decisions. Any officer other than Lieutenant is a leader.
Lieutenant = Doesn't really make big decisions, but is there to offer their opinions as a trusted member of the guild, and can help guide the guild. Also is the lowest rank that can use the officer chat.
Captain = Knows what he's doing in the WOW. Helps the Generals make their decisions. Can promote and demote, can change officer notes, and things like this.
Lt. General/General = Head of the Timewalkers guild. Makes all final decisions on anything they wish.
The Enlisted
Enlisted ranks are split into 2 catagories. NCOs and Timewalkers.
The NCO
The leaders. Corporal, Sergeant. They are experienced, and lead the guild in raids. Also can help with questions on almost anything.
Corporal = has made many contributions to the guild, and is the bottom level of leaders. Timewalkers in this position should be trusted and respected. Can add members.
Sergeant = In one way or another is very experienced, and knows the game well. This is a person to ask questions about most things.
First Sergeant = Can lead level 56+ raids smoothly, and are great at just about everything. Top of the enlisted ranks and one of the best leaders.
The Timewalker
The bulk of the Timewalkers. Noobie, Timewalker, Timewalker Elite.
Noobie = Just joined, or hasn't proven themselves yet.
Timewalker = Has shown that they are not a Chinese farmer, and is an active member of the guild.
Timewalker Elite = One of the best. Has run at least some of the level 56+ instances. Someone you could learn from.
